Experience Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre at the intimate August Wilson Center- the perfect venue to see up-close and personal the passion and athleticisms of Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre’s dancers in a dynamic program of mixed repertoire. Featuring a World Premiere choreographed by Dwight Rhoden to the music of Johann S. Bach, joined by Mark Morris’ Maelstrom and Brahms’ Quintet by Dennis Nahat, audiences will be treated to an experience that will challenge any predetermined ideas regarding the relationship between classical composition and ballet.
